Prepare:
-1 cup pumpkin seeds
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tsp dried chili flakes
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp caster/icing sugar
Cook:
-In a fry pan on medium heat, cook the pumpkin seeds for a couple minutes till they swell and brown a little bit
-Turn off heat, sprinkle with sugar
-The book also states that you can sprinkle lime juice on it and eat right away; otherwise, store in an airtight jar
