Prepare:
-Layer plain corn chips on oven-proof dish (casserole or a normal thick plate will do)
-Dice some red onions, Jalepeno or chili pepper, and some olives
-Spread veggies and cheese on chips
-Preheat oven to 350
-Put in oven for about 10-15 minutes or until ready
Tips:
-Try it with fresh salsa (tomatoes, onion, pepper, salt, garlic, cilantro in a food processor) or some guac.
